The Lord who sustains me!

“You give me your shield of victory, and your right hand sustains me; you stoop down to make me great. You broaden the path beneath me, so that my ankles do turn” Psalm 18: 35-36, NIV.

Heavenly Father,

Oftentimes I reminisce on the simpler days I used to live. Please help me Lord to always remain content, wise and strong. Although my feet stumble you don’t allow me to fall. You uphold me with your mighty right hand. You gently whisper into my heart–reminding me who You say I Am. Your beloved daughter, called and equipped, prepared for spiritual battle, positioned and chosen for such a time as this! My I continue to find favor in your eyes–all the days of my life. Lord please keep me feet from slipping or wandering astray–in Jesus’ precious & mighty name I pray! πŸ’™

God

God did it!

“From six troubles He will deliver you, Even in seven evil will not touch you” Job 5:19.

Dear Heavenly Father,

I want to take a moment to thank you Lord for always being attentive to my cry; amid pain & suffering you remind me the victory is already mine. Once again you rescued me from the evil schemes of the enemy. I will live to tell of your goodness, love and great works. May I find favor in your eyes all of the days of my life…when people question and wonder how I was able to reach so high, I will humbly answer…God did it!……..it was not I. ❀️

God

When God says…No!

And David said to his servants, β€œIs the child dead?” They said, β€œHe is dead.” Then David got up from the ground-washed himself, put on lotions, and changed his clothes. He went to the Tabernacle and worshiped the LORD. Samuel 19:20.

Heavenly Father,

Help us to be content with your no...and understand that your answers may not always be a yes. Regardless you are a good father–and we trust that you know what is best. May we praise & worship in the midst of pain and heartache because we know that with these actions you are pleased. Let us not look back, or to the sides, but continue running this race with endurance towards the prize of running into the arms of our savior Jesus Christ!

There is great joy and hope in His…No. Even on our worst days–He is still in control! πŸ’™

“Then David comforted his wife Bathsheba, and he went to her and lay with her. So she gave birth to a son, and they named him Solomon. Now the LORD loved the child” 2 Samuel 12:24.

God

Who do you live to please?

“Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ” Galatians 1:10.

I am guilty of having fallen into the trap of becoming a “people pleaser”. Having found favor and sudden promotion within the workplace, I found myself knee-deep into the trap of slaving for man and seeking the approval of superiors. But I thank God for His grace–that even through pain He would remind me that I am to labor first for the Lord–for He is the one who opens and closes doors. And with each new opportunity He provides, I am on an assignment to save lives. Lord, help me to shine brightly wherever I go–that through my life–you others will come to know…

“Don’t put your confidence in powerful people; there is no help for you there” Psalm 146:3.

God

Jesus…all I need is you!

“You have given me greater joy than those who have abundant harvests of grain and new wine” Psalm 4:7, NLT.

Here I am again Lord–once more, knocking on heavens doors. Unable to allow even a day to go by without seeking your face and feeling your presence by my side. This agape love is deep, unlike any other love I’ve known before. No longer holding onto the rejection and pain of the past. If people chose to leave, let them do so–where the Lord leads not everyone can go. Time to let it all go and focus on all that you have called me to do. Even if I am left standing all alone–all is well, because Jesus…all I need is you!

God

Set Free πŸ¦‹

“In my distress I prayed to the LORD, and the LORD answered me and set me free” Psalm 118:5.

Feeling set free and alive; thanking you LORD for it is you who opens doors. So many whispers, so many voices–the enemy relentlessly attempting to bring confusion to the mind. Familiar tactics, not too surprised, I have been here many times before. But in my distress–I cry out onto the LORD and press on forward towards the promised land. The LORD is my vindicator; He upholds me with His right hand. Too many blessings at stake, no time to entertain the whispers and the lies. Pressing on forward in anticipation of all the promises He will fulfill in His time. LORD for your glory may I shine where ever you place me–today, tomorrow and every day of my life. ✨

God

Do it Afraid!

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go” Joshua 1:9.

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for loving me the way that you do. Your love overwhelms me and brings me to my knees. Who but you alone Lord could be so gracious and attentive to all of my needs? Thank you for lifting and believing in me when I am unable to believe in myself–help me Lord to represent you well. Where you lead, I will follow. In fear, I will step out in faith–and Do it Afraid! πŸ¦‹πŸŒ΅πŸŽ

Chosen for such a time…

“And if I perish, I perish” Esther 4:16.

Queen Esther would soon realize that she had been placed within her royal position with a great purpose and plan.

God had ordained her steps but her faith would ultimately seal the deal–enabling her to complete her God-ordained assignment and leading to the saving of many lives.

Faith will always give us the victory! For we know that without faith we cannot please God.

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for the victory you have given us through Christ. Help us to remain strong in faith as we continue believing in you for the impossible. Let us walk in victory in all that you have called us to do. May your perfect will be done in each and everyone of our lives. Help us to get this right Lord! In Jesus’ precious name we pray. πŸ’œ

God

Not today devil!

“I rejoice in your promise like one one who finds a priceless treasure” Psalm 119:162.

It seems as though every time God has spoken a powerful prophetic word over my life, the enemy has come for me the hardest. My attacks have come the strongest as I have stepped out in faith doing what God had called me to do. The enemy has been relentless, attacking with many familiar tactics.

This morning I woke up feeling extremely exhausted. With interviews, meetings and a hefty to-do list awaiting me for the day. I struggled with feelings of discouragement, exhaustion and defeat. But something changed in my heart and my hope was restored as I began to meditate on God’s promises.

And I have come to realize Β that sometimes we just have to declare all of God’s promises over our lives and the lives of our loved ones, even if we do not see them unfolding in the natural. If God said it–it’s going to happen, period! This matter is not up for debate.

We simply have to let the enemy know, “Oh No Not today devil!” I believe what God has promised me!

Heavenly Father,

This morning my prayer is that you would help anyone who is feeling discouraged–please fill their hearts with peace, joy and hope. Please help us to see with our spiritual eyes what we are unable to see in the natural. Thank you for always being faithful and true. And let us rejoice as if we have already received all that you have promised. We love and trust you Lord, and we know that you are for us. In Jesus’ mighty & precious name we pray. πŸ’œ<<<<

Positioned for a Miracle

Are you believing God for the impossible? Have you positioned yourself to receive your miracle? Today I encourage you to set aside some time and meditate on who God is and on what he has done for you in the past. Begin to thank him for what is to come and shake off all the other voices and distractions around you. Believe what God had spoken to You–those words were given to You and no one can take them from you!

Faith is the key to receiving your miracle. You have to believe in something so strongly that you are willing to lose everything for it!

“A woman which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment: For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole. But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour” Matthew 9:20-22.

Heavenly Father,

Let this day be a day of great breakthroughs in our lives. Keep us strong in faith as we position to receive our miracles. Empower us to press forward in all that you have called us to do. We love you Lord , we thank you for all that is to come and are believing in you for the impossible. In Jesus’ precious name we pray. πŸ’œ
